This publication is a continuation of sayings, remembrances
and reflections from the past and the present.

I have changed the format somewhat from the original Inner Stirrings
by expressing a little color and the addition of an audio sound byte
that contains an individual reading of each writing.

This is certainly not a new idea in today's world,
but it seemed in the spirit of what I have been doing over the years,
by sharing what has come to me in moments of awakening awareness.

Hopefully, you might imagine going back to old radio days or early recordings
where you listened to someone's voice transport and carry you to a place
of imagery and stirrings not yet revealed within your own being.

Whatever might take place, you are always free to come and go as you please.
