Introduction

The idea for this publication originated in the 1970s'.
Only now have I felt led to bring it forth with the advent of the kamcam site.

I am grateful for the persons whose paths have crossed mine,
for without them there would be nothing to share in the following pages.
The images have been added as an adornment, uniquely akin to the writings.
